To set up a drop ship account, please review the following drop-ship schedule and agreement for your approval, then complete the form below. Please note: a drop shipping account is NOT for personal use. We will not ship products to you, we will only ship products to your customers. (No exceptions, so please know this before you fill out the form).
The costs involved in drop shipping are the products, packaging materials (box, packing peanuts, label, tape), U.S. Priority 3-Day shipping rate, or UPS ground rate, or International Express Mail Service, and a handling/packaging fee.
Here's how it works. You would market our pre-labeled products and generate sales by taking an order from your customer (merchansise plus shipping/handling fees), process the payment and forward a copy of the order to us to fulfill and ship. We will charge your credit card for the total of the wholesale price plus shipping and handling fees as outlined in the drop schedule below. No orders will be shipped without pre-payment at any time. We will process and ship the orders within 48 hours and email a confirmation to you.

Here are the rules:
Merchant will process the order and collect payment directly from customer.
Orders must be submitted for shipping through our shopping cart only (never by phone).
Orders for nutrition producst will be filled by Medical Nutrients, Inc. and shipped directly to end customer (not for your person use).
Payment for orders based on the above drop-shipping schedule will be made to Medical Nutrients, Inc. by credit card before shipment is made to the customer.
Shipping confirmation for each order will be submitted to merchant.
We reserve the right to make periodic changes to this schedule based on changes to our product line, changes in the individual product prices, or changes in shipping/handling charges with prior notice to the merchant.
Refund Policies:
Nutrition Supplements: Unopened products, full refund with no restocking fee. We do not guarantee individual results or product performance or make certain performance claims on nutrition supplements. We guarantee the quality and content of the products with Analytical Lab Report and Certificate of Analysis. Your refund policy should be consistent with your advertising efforts, we cannot refund based on advertising we did not generate.
You will submit the order information to us through our shopping cart, and we will fulfill and ship the order. After shipping we will email to you a confirmation of the shipment and mail the credit card receipt to you. To use our Shopping Cart to submit orders, we will issue a user ID and Password to you upon setting up your account. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
You can use any of our product written copy or photos on our web site for
